The following is a letter from Pastor José Eliseo Chicas Guevara explaining recent activities at the Niños Vendedores con Cristo Child Development Center.
Dear brethren,
I hope in God that you are enjoying rich and abundant blessings in the Lord Jesus Christ.
It is a pleasure for me to write you with the purpose of expressing my thanks for the help received through your support which has been a great blessing for the children of our community. Through your support we have been able to improve the classrooms, furnish them for children’s comfort, including games, learning materials to support their learning and other supplies. We have equipped the office with a desk, file cabinet, shelf, printer, camera as well as repair the roof and walls. This allows the right conditions for the staff’s work. The kitchen has also been equipped for greater protection in food preparation.
Our project is becoming highly recognized in our community, as many children are being helped. Community members commented that it is necessary to support our development center, as this will allow them to grow into good adults for our community in the future. One of the notorious changes to date is that children have been able to develop their skills in drawing, painting and singing. There have been advances in learning and this is being recognized by the community.
We hope in God to continue blessing these children even more and that the blessing reaches other children who are not yet being benefited. This is one of our main goals, as well as creating even better infrastructure conditions to receive them and that the benefits are more and more every day.
Once more, we extend our gratefulness for your support to our project and that in the future the fruits of our beneficiaries will arise through our Lord Jesus Christ.
