An Update on Your Gift
IntelliTect, thank you for supporting Evangelistic Assemblies of God Tanzania Usimba (EAGT Usimba) as they launch their new child development program. This report reflects their early progress (about 30 days in) toward building out their staff and equipping their center for ministry to vulnerable children. Please be in prayer for the church and center leadership as they recruit staff and undertake improvement projects to better serve the children in the program.

An Update From Compassion’s Local Partnership Facilitator
Dear Friends,
Greetings from Tanzania! My name is Sigfred, and I am a partnership facilitator in the western part of the country.
On behalf of EAGT Usimba, I would like to convey my earnest gratitude for your humble and generous heart which has led you to support this church. Your gift will allow us to serve our 150 registered participants by improving infrastructure so we can be more effective in our core and extra-curricular activities.
In addition to the funds you sent, the church has also mobilized local resources to help fund the renovation and completion of two classrooms, a pit latrine and a staff office, in addition to the purchase of basic office and classroom supplies.
Currently, EAGT Usimba has established a child ministry committee and hired the center coordinator to manage the program at the child development center.
EAGT Usimba plans to complete the construction of the classrooms, staff office and latrine by November of this year. It is my sincere belief that the developments will have a great impact on the registered participants, EAGT Usimba and the community.
